It is with great joy that we announce the Rev. Dorian Mulvey has accepted the Vestry's call to join us in ministry as the next rector of St. Anthony on the Desert. Portions of Dorian's letter to the congregation appears at left sidebar. Dorian will be joining us on June 23, 2008

NEW DAILY MEDITATION
Click on the Grace Cathedral link at right for today's scripture readings. Daily Meditations are a production of GraceCom Media Ministry, Grace Cathedral, San Francisco.
The Daily Meditation is based on the traditional Morning Prayer (Rite II). It includes prayers, psalms, and readings from the four Gospels of the New Testament. The psalms and Gospel readings are selected according to the Revised Common Lectionary for Sundays and the Book of Common Prayer for weekdays.

JUBILEE CENTER
St. Anthony on the Desert has been honored by the designation as a Jubilee Center of the National Episcopal Church. We join a select group of Jubilee Centers that are committed to a ministry that reaches out to the poor and oppressed, attempts to empower people and is willing to advocate for them and dares to share the Gospel and love of God in an unconditional manner.
