EPIC Youth Group
New Youth Minister
We are pleased to announce the hiring of a new youth minister, Mark Culbertson. Mark comes to us with considerable experience working with teens. He worked several years as a teacher in Maricopa for elementary school grades. He moved into leadership positions, first as a principal at Camelback Desert School in Scottsdale and then at Desert Willow Elementary School in Cave Creek. Most recently, Mark assumed the position of principal at Palo Verde Middle School in Phoenix. In addition to his education background, Mark has many years of experience leading various church youth groups. As he describes it – he has a great passion for working with teens. We look forward to the gifts Mark will bring to our ministry at St. Anthony. Mark and his wife Melanie make their home in Scottsdale along with their two children – Natalia and Noah.

Thank you from Youth Group
A big thank you to all who participated in our youth group fundraiser “144 Envelopes.” Almost $6,000 was raised to fund the high school summer mission trip to Greeley, CO in June. The money will help to cover transportation costs for twelve participants. This will be the 18th consecutive summer mission trip that the high school students have participated in at St. Anthony. Thank you for your support!
