Fall/Winter Bible Study Opportunity
Apocalypse Now:
Revelation and the Call to Uncivil Religion
The book of Revelation is undoubtedly the most misunderstood and most abused book in the entire Bible. This has led to it being one of the most neglected books as well. But, rightly approached and respecting the special kind of literature that Revelation represents, this book is a treasure of hope, theological insight and timely instruction for contemporary disciples of Jesus.
Pastoral Theologian-in-Residence, J. Michael Walters will teach this book in two segments, one beginning this fall, concluding just before Thanksgiving, and one, following the Christmas holidays ending prior to Ash Wednesday. |
Fall session:
October 2, 9, 16, 23, 30 November 6, 13, 20 Two times will be available to be more accommodating to people wishing to participate:
In the Chapel of Saint Luke the Physician, or if necessary, in the church sanctuary.
