Financial Giving
...Where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.
The operating budget of the church is funded in large part by pledge commitments made by our members. Every pledge commitment, of any amount, makes a significant difference to our church and its ministries. While all gifts are important to the life of the church, a pledge provides a known financial commitment that allows for responsible fiscal decisions about ministry programs and projects for the coming year.
Pledges can be paid on a weekly basis (pledge giving envelopes are available to make it easy to track your contributions). Pledges can also be paid with an electronic funds transfer from your checking account. Some elect to pay their pledge in one lump sum at the beginning of the year which greatly helps the church cash flow. Pledges can also be funded through gifts of appreciated stock offering additional tax savings: you avoid capital gains taxes and receive a tax deduction for the full value of the stock on the date of transfer. To qualify for these tax advantages, you must have owned the stock for at least one year. To make a contribution or facilitate a stock transfer please fill out form below.
